All your orders will be shipped out within one work day. Shipments are made Monday – Friday only excluding public holidays. Next day delivery is only valid from Monday to Thursday.

How to clear the payment?
You could choose Visa, Mastercard,bank transfer,Western Union and BitCoin for paying. If you choose Visa and Mastercard,you will received a system email of Credit Card.you could ask us about the result.
Bank transfer,WU and BTC are much more easier for us to pick up, and you need to send the payment details to us with email, then we could match them.
Do I need a prescription to order?
You do not need an existing prescription to use our service. We offer a free consultation process which is reviewed by one of our prescribers who will issue a private prescription (for all eligible patients).
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
No. Not All orders for medication require a signature on receipt of delivery
If you are not in to receive your package, it automatically drops to your mailbox. You should be left a card, or updated online with the tracking reference number.
If you do not have a mailbox, then it will be returned, and there are redelivery fees associated with this.
Redelivery costs $50 due to costs incurred for return and redelivery.
